Note: All classes must be pre-paid/pre-registered. Download and print registration form below. Returning students can use the Express Registration form. Registrations/payments must be received by deadline listed, or a minimum of 5 days before class starts if no deadline is listed.  Entry level students will receive an email after registration closes to verify your enrollment. Checks will be held until the first day of your class. Late registrations may be turned away, or asked to pay an additional $15 late fee. Checks made payable to Family Dog Obedience, or FDO.
