No-Show and Cancellation Policy

No-Show clients will be charged a $25 fee by way of your deposit. Lessons that are canceled with less than 48 hours notice will also be charged a $25 fee if the appointment is not rescheduled within 14 days. Cancellations due to an illness such as COVID are respected, and rescheduling needs to be discussed. Cancellations can be done via phone or text ONLY and you MUST receive a reply from us in order to be valid. Facebook messenger is NOT a reliable means of communication, and will not be considered proper notification.
